Download the Geosat Suite for free, install it on your PC / MAC and connect your Geosat to the PC/MAC with the USB cable to:
 

  • Update Geosat software for free

  • Get Geosat freshest maps

  • Save a backup of your navigator

  • Import points of interest (such as speed cameras)

  • Import custom raster maps (Available only in windows version)

  • Import Splashscreen Images

  • Export to your PC your saved contacts, routes and tracks

Geosat Suite is compatible with Geosat 6 series (including Geosat 4x4 Crossover).

How to get Geosat Suite


  1. Download Geosat Suite and save it on your PC / MAC

  2. Unzip the downloaded file and launch the executable file

  3. Choose a destination folder to save it or use the default one

  4. Accept the End User License Agreement

  5. Click on the "END" button to complete the installation, a shortcut  will be created on your desktop.

  6. Choose the language,  then click  “Set Language” and confirm your choice by clicking Ok.

  7. Follow the instructions in Suite to connect your navigator.

  8. Remember to connect Geosat the AvMap suite periodically to check for free software updates!

Add your custom charts to Geosat


With Geosat Suite* you can import an electronic map or even a paper map in your Geosat!
The Map Converter converts your maps from  .kmz (Google Earth) or .map (Ozi Explorer) format to the AvMap's format, and matches them with the vectorial cartography preloaded inthe navigator.


1. Get a Map on paper and scan it / or get an electronic map (the image needs to be in JPEG, PNG, TIFF, BMP or GIF format).

2. Georeference it  with Google Earth, Ozi explorer or other rmapping software and obtain a .kmz or .map file.

3. Open the Suite and click on the Map Converter button and follow the instructions to convert the files and load them on your Navigator.

Map image requirements:

AvMap Navigators can manage 8 maps at the same time. You can use the Suite to easily manage your maps and substitute them anytime you need it.
